Tuesday – General                                       5.45pm and 6.45pm

Thursday – General                                      4.45pm and 5.45pm

Monday/Thursday – Beginners *                   6.45pm – 7.40pm  

 * Beginners classes held on either a Monday or Thursday. 

Requirements:

Please try to attend the first two classes of a Beginners course to learn the basic techniques. You can start later in the term with an individual introductory class.

These Pilates classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or have osteoporosis.
